Veronica helped us to understand our son's difficulties and challenging behaviours and gave us easy to implement and pragmatic tools and advise that enabled us to effectively help our son, gave us confidence in our parenting skills and massively contributed towards the harmony and happiness in our home.

Veronica has such a deep understanding of the emotional needs, challenges and anxieties of people on the autistic spectrum. For our son her social skills group had just the right combination of feeling safe and providing a manageable challenge. He went from mute and shy child hardly talking to anybody to now feeling confident to chat to adults and peers.

When we as parents and teachers had run out of ideas and already tried every trick in the book to help our child Veronica still had more strategies and advise how to move to the next level.

All advise and strategies given to us and the teachers were highly effective, easy to implement and generally enhanced the playful side of learning which increased success and greatly boosted our sons confidence in his abilities and willingness to continue to step out of his comfort zone.

Viktoria, Miles's mum.

I worked with Veronica for two years as a Teaching Assistant when she was a Primary Teacher at a Special Needs School. I was absolutely overwhelmed by her compassion, understanding of Autism and the fact that she was continually developing new and exciting ways to stimulate, interest and support the students. Working with Veronica inspired me to want to train to be a teacher and the strategies and approaches that I learnt whilst working with her have been invaluable in my current practice as a Secondary Teacher. She is not only an excellent teacher but an excellent trainer of teaching staff. Another important part of Veronica's practice is the fact that she is not solely focused on the student and their behaviour within school but seeks to improve the quality of life for their families and their world oustide of school.

Francesca Dixie, Secondary Teacher. London.

When I first started working with an Aspergers boy, I had no experience in the work at all. However, Veronica was there to help and I can honestly say that I could not have done the work without her. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is very generous in sharing it with others. She would often take her own time (outside the school hours) to listen to the challenges we were having at the time and to land a helping hand.
Above all, Veronica does the work because she loves helping children. She understands them and takes time to get to know them. The advice she gives is always fashioned to the particular child. Her compassion sets her apart from other practitioners.
She also has a great sense of humour which helps in tricky situations. She has made my first year working in this field a pleasure and I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her.
